You may apply for or renew your Company Operating Authority Permit and report address changes.
Report Company Operating Authority Information ChangesTransportation-for-Hire companies are required to report changes in business name, contact and address information.
You must be a registered Company Operating Authority in order to report changes in business name, contact or address information.
You may register new motorized and non-motorized vehicles under 'Register or Renew Vehicle Decal (Permit)'.
To renew your NON-MOTORIZED vehicle permit, find your renewal application under 'Register or Renew Vehicle Decal (Permit)' to initiate the renewal process.
If you own a vehicle for hire and are not registered as an Operating Authority or Transportation-for-Hire Driver, you can register as a vehicle owner under 'Register as a Transportation-for-Hire Vehicle Owner'.
Register or Renew Vehicle Decal (Permit)A Transportation-for-Hire vehicle owner must register all new vehicles and have a current Vehicle Permit to operate such vehicles. All existing vehicles must have their permit renewed each year.
You must be registered to apply for a new Vehicle Permit.
Register as a Transportation-for-Hire Vehicle OwnerIf you are the owner of a vehicle for hire and are not registered as an Operating Authority or Transportation-for-Hire Driver, you will need to register with your name, address and contact information. There are no fees for this registration.

You may apply for or renew your Driver Registration, request a replacement license or report status changes involving address and personal information.

Request a Replacement Driver's PermitYou may request a replacement driver's permit if your current permit has not expired and is in good standing.
You must be a registered driver in order to request a replacement permit.
